Meet Angela

I started Cobblestone because I love the parts of weddings most people dread: venue selection, the spreadsheets, the timelines, the who's-bringing-the-cake-knife moments. I've planned weddings and events in Oklahoma for more than 15 years, so I know the small, overlooked details that make a day run smoothly. We keep things personal on purpose. You'll have my cell number, I'll be at your rehearsal, and on your big day I'll be the one quietly making it look easy.

Full Service Planning

Best for a big guest list, a short timeline, or a demanding job.

The whole thing, start to finish. Venue tours, design, every vendor, the guest list, the seating chart, the rehearsal dinner, even the morning-after guest brunch. You come to tastings and say yes to the things you love. We handle the rest.

Partial Planning

Best for couples who want to make the decisions with an expert beside them.

Our most-loved service. You keep the final say on everything. We bring the game plan, the vendor shortlists and the gentle nudges, so decisions happen in the right order and nothing gets rushed. At six weeks out, it quietly becomes our main focus.

Day-of Coordinator

Best for couples who planned it themselves and want a pro to land it.

You did the planning. Six weeks out, hand it over. We read every contract, confirm every vendor, build the timeline everyone works from and run the rehearsal and your big day. Your only job is to show up and get married.

Corporate Event Planning

Best for company parties, holiday events, client dinners and fundraisers across the OKC and Tulsa metros.

Your team should get to enjoy the event, not run it. We can plan the whole thing or simply run the day, so everyone from the new hire to the CEO gets to be a guest.

  • Rentals from our own inventory
Tell us about your event

Rentals

Available to anyone in the OKC and Tulsa metros. You don't have to book planning to rent.

Tables and chairs, linens, china and flatware, glassware, tabletop and buffet decor, drink stations and signage, all from our own inventory. One less vendor to chase.

  • Reserve early; changes welcome up to 14 days out

FAQ's

01Which service is right for us?
It depends on how much help you'd like. Want a guide from the very beginning? Full Service or Partial Planning. Planned it all and ready to hand over the reins? Our Day-of Coordinator service, starting about six weeks out. Not sure yet? Tell us where you are and we'll help you choose.
02Do I need a planner if my venue has a coordinator?
Usually, yes, and we love working alongside them. A venue coordinator looks after the building: the room, the kitchen, the lights. We look after you: every vendor, the ceremony, your family and the backup plan. The two roles fit together nicely.
03Will Angela really be there on our big day?
Yes. Angela leads your rehearsal and your wedding day herself, with one trusted assistant beside her. We take only one wedding per day, and if an emergency ever kept her away, an experienced fellow planner would step in with your full timeline.
04How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date and a venue in mind. Spring and fall Saturdays go first, so many couples reach out nine to twelve months ahead. Day-of Coordinator bookings can come closer in, though our work together starts about six weeks out.
05Can I use my own rentals, or rent from you without booking planning?
Yes to both! Our tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, tabletop and buffet decor and signage are there to make life easier, never a requirement, so bring your own or mix and match. And anyone can rent from us, with or without booking planning. Just ask about your date.
06Do you plan events besides weddings?
We do! Beyond weddings, we plan showers, birthdays, fundraisers and company events, with the same care and the same written plan. Whether it's forty guests in a backyard or a ballroom full of donors, tell us what you're celebrating.
07How far do you travel?
Happily! We're based in the Oklahoma City metro and work all over the state, from Edmond and Norman to Tulsa, lake parties and venues, and family ranches. Send us your venue or town and we'll confirm we can be there. Weddings outside Oklahoma are case by case.
